MML&H is seeking a Civil Engineer with a Professional Engineering license in Louisiana for the firm's Alexandria office. Desired experience includes engineering design for public and private sector utility, transportation, aviation and site development projects. Specific project types include water distribution, storage, production and treatment; wastewater treatment, collection and pump stations; roadways, drainage, earthwork, streets and sidewalks; airport runways, taxiways, aprons, and parking; and site development, subdivisions, commercial sites and industrial parks.
Advanced written and oral communication skills are required. Proficiency in the application of advanced engineering design software and current computer technology systems is a must. Also, the candidate should exhibit strong leadership and problem solving skills and demonstrate a superior work ethic and a desire to work in a team atmosphere with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders.
